UK DELIVERY

Currently we deliver only within the UK.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day.

We use Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) and your order should be delivered within 2-3 business days.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £25.

For orders under £25, delivery is £2.99

RETURNS

We want your discovery of loose-leaf tea to be nothing short of perfect.

If you change your mind or you receive incorrect or damaged items, you can return your unopened and unused items within 30 days of the order date for a refund.


All products must be unused, in their original packaging for a refund to be processed.
